Refund policy
Washing Instructions:
Please turn all items inside out and wash in cold water ONLY.
Hang Dry or tumble dry on “air only cycle”
Please avoid using heat, and fabric softener to ensure the quality of your product.
KB Gray & Co is not responsible for products after they have been washed the first time.
Out of stock designs and shirt colors: when an item is out of stock, the website will automatically email you and let you know. If you fail to respond within 24 hours the item will automatically default to “white” for color, or design will be changed per owner’s preference.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. If you have exceeded that time frame your order can not be cancelled. You can exchange for another shop item or store credit.
TURN AROUND TIME:
expected turn around time is 14 business days. I do aim to get packages out before that time. Everything is custom made, and once it has left my business I can not control shipping delays.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 72 hours of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your purchase falls outside of that time frame or if you wash the item we reserve the right to refuse exchanges or refunds.
Returns and refunds are not offered on any sale items, or anything sold as “mystery item, or any items from any sale including promo codes.
All items are custom made at time of ordering returns or refunds are not accepted unless defect, damage, or incorrect item/sizing is found upon arrival and because of the production mistakes.
